01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and betrup ("betrup", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the betrup website located at betrup.org and all associated services, including sports betting, casino gaming, live dealer products, promotional offers, and payment processing services.

By completing the betrup registration process, accessing the betrup login page, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the betrup platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of betrup following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. betrup recommends that you review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of any betrup terms of service, player agreements, or general conditions published prior to that date.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with betrup and to use any betrup service. betrup strictly enforces this age restriction. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. betrup reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any stage, including before processing any withdrawal. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any deposits may be returned at betrup's sole discretion after deducting any applicable processing costs.

2.2 One Account Policy. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one betrup account. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or otherwise, will be merged or closed. Bonuses and winnings accrued through duplicate accounts will be forfeited. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name without your authorisation, contact betrup support immediately via live chat.

2.3 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Pakistani mobile number or bank account detail linked to an accepted payment method. betrup conducts identity verification ("KYC") checks in accordance with international anti-money-laundering standards. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.

2.4 Restricted Jurisdictions. betrup does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is the player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing betrup is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registration. betrup makes no representation that the betrup platform is legal or available in any specific territory.

03 Account Management

3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betrup login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. betrup will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your betrup account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified betrup of a security breach without undue delay.

3.2 Account Security. betrup strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You should use a strong, unique password not used on any other platform. If you suspect your betrup account credentials have been compromised, you must contact betrup support via live chat immediately and change your password.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure. betrup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, if betrup reasonably suspects: (a) breach of these Terms; (b) fraudulent activity; (c) collusion or match-fixing; (d) use of automated betting software; (e) provision of false registration information; or (f) any conduct that betrup determines poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. betrup reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the schedule published in the betrup account settings section. Players will be notified by email before any fee is applied. The account balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. betrup accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. All transactions are denominated and settled in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betrup does not currently accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your betrup wallet within sixty (60) seconds of successful authorisation by the mobile money operator. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to reflect depending on the originating bank's processing schedule. betrup is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have: (a) completed KYC identity verification; (b) fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds; and (c) made at least one qualifying deposit using the withdrawal method requested. betrup reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding PKR 100,000 in a single transaction.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted to betrup are reviewed within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. Approved withdrawals are typically disbursed within two (2) to five (5) business days depending on the selected payment method. betrup is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving bank or mobile money operator.

4.5 No Money Laundering. betrup operates a strict anti-money-laundering policy. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. betrup is prohibited from and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any suspected money laundering activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the implicated account closed immediately.

4.6 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published in the betrup account dashboard and payment section. These limits are subject to change. betrup will notify registered players of any material change to transaction limits.

05 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Game Integrity. All casino games offered on betrup use certified random number generation (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party game suppliers. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained dealers operating within independently audited studio environments. betrup does not manipulate game outcomes.

5.2 Sportsbook Rules. All sports bets placed on betrup are subject to the specific sports rules applicable to the relevant event and market. betrup reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome has been determined by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregular circumstance reported by the relevant governing body, including the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) or international sports federations.

5.3 Technical Errors. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects game outcomes or bet settlement, betrup reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a direct result of a known or obvious technical error will not be paid and may be reversed.

5.4 Final Settlement. All bet settlements on betrup are final once the relevant event has concluded and results have been officially confirmed. Disputes regarding settlement must be raised within seven (7) days of the settlement date through betrup's official support channel.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions. All betrup bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates. These promotion-specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions and are equally binding.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, bonus funds credited to your betrup account must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated on the betrup promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. betrup reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings if betrup reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other players to abuse a promotional offer.

6.4 betrup's Right to Modify. betrup reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn mid-claim, the wagering requirement applicable at the time of the original bonus credit will remain in effect for the bonus already credited.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betrup and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using automated betting scripts, bots, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with betrup services
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with betrup's software or infrastructure
• Using betrup for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illicit financial activity
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade self-exclusion
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location during registration or at any subsequent point
• Exploiting known or suspected errors in betrup's software, odds display, or payment systems
• Using betrup in a manner that violates any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction

08 Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the betrup platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game assets, software, and interface design, is the exclusive intellectual property of betrup or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

8.2 Limited Licence. betrup grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betrup platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any betrup content without express prior written consent.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not frame, mirror, scrape, or otherwise incorporate any betrup content into any third-party website, application, or service. You may not use betrup trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without betrup's prior written authorisation.

09 Responsible Gaming

9.1 betrup's Commitment. betrup is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the potential for gambling-related harm. betrup provides a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity, including configurable deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible at any time through your betrup account settings.

9.2 Age Verification. betrup enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. Any player found to be under 21 will have their account closed immediately in accordance with Section 2.1 of these Terms.

9.3 Self-Exclusion. If you feel that your gaming behaviour is causing harm to yourself or others, you may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) month and permanent exclusion through the betrup responsible gaming section of your account or by contacting betrup support via live chat. Once a self-exclusion is active, betrup will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from accessing the platform for the duration of the exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the requested exclusion period expires.

9.4 Reality Checks. betrup provides configurable session reminders that display the duration of your current gaming session and your net profit or loss during that session. betrup recommends enabling this feature to maintain healthy gaming habits.

10 Privacy & Data

10.1 Data Collection. betrup collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using betrup, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in the betrup Privacy Policy.

10.2 KYC Data. Identity documents and other KYC materials submitted to betrup are processed by authorised betrup personnel and, where required, by licensed third-party identity verification providers. These materials are stored securely and are not shared with unauthorised third parties.

10.3 Communications. By registering with betrup, you consent to receiving transactional communications related to your account (deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, security alerts). Marketing communications from betrup are optional and may be managed through your account notification preferences.

11 Limitation of Liability

11.1 Platform Availability. betrup does not warrant that the platform will be available continuously, error-free, or free from interruptions. betrup undertakes to restore service as promptly as reasonably practicable following any outage, but accepts no liability for losses attributable to platform downtime, including missed betting opportunities.

11.2 Financial Losses. Gambling involves inherent financial risk. betrup accepts no liability for financial losses incurred by players through the use of betrup sports betting or casino services. By using betrup, you acknowledge that you understand and accept the financial risk associated with gambling.

11.3 Indirect Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betrup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the betrup platform, even if betrup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.4 Force Majeure. betrup shall not be held in breach of these Terms or liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond betrup's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, third-party payment processor failures, or acts of war or terrorism.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments. betrup reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the betrup platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect. Your continued use of betrup following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your betrup account at any time by contacting betrup support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved and any pending withdrawals completed. betrup will process your final withdrawal within the standard processing timeframe following account closure confirmation.

12.3 Termination by betrup. betrup reserves the right to terminate any account with or without prior notice in accordance with Section 3.3 of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, betrup may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any legitimate outstanding balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13 Governing Law

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betrup holds its operating licence, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. betrup endeavours to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal complaints procedure. In the event that an internal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body specified under betrup's licensing authority. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice at any stage of a dispute.

13.3 Language. These Terms are drafted in English and the English-language version shall prevail in any dispute regarding interpretation, notwithstanding any translation that betrup may provide for the convenience of Pakistani players.

14 Contact & Disputes

14.1 Support Channel. For all account queries, disputes, responsible gaming requests, and general enquiries, betrup's primary support channel is the live chat feature available 24/7 on the betrup platform. 14.2 Email Contact. For formal written correspondence, players may contact betrup by email. Do not send sensitive account information such as passwords via email.

14.3 Formal Complaints. Formal complaints must be submitted in writing via the betrup live chat or email channel and must include: your registered betrup username, a clear description of the issue, the date(s) the issue occurred, and any relevant transaction or game reference numbers. betrup will acknowledge receipt of formal complaints within forty-eight (48) hours and aim to provide a final response within fourteen (14) calendar days.
